#1 Casino Night Zone has 4 invisible platforms, 2 on ether side of the stage. 1 is above the platform, while the other is below. They are located somewhere where I would mark the middle of a platform.

#3 You can't permanently disable certain stages in the RSS, Distant Planet and Sliph Co. are some examples.
#4 Certain characters like Meta Knight and Pika are oversized, being comparable to characters like Mario in height.
#5 Tethers do not recognize walls meaning you can actually grab a ledge through a solid wall. Most noticable on stages like Chaos Shrine and Hylian Skies.
#6 Some of the pics used for the character selection screen have lower quality than others.
#7 You can't angle Sonic's sideb downward.
#8 Button mashing out of certain grabs/grab-like attacks takes way more effort than it should.
#9 If Player A is charging Rollout while near the blast line, Player B jumps in the way, if Player A hits player B she/he falls to his/her death if he/she doesn't land.

#10 Pausing right before the announcer says "GO!" causes the "GO!" sign to desynch and jump through the screen (while in camera mode)anyway. Unpausing it results in the announcer finishing what he said as usual.
#11 Sora's new sideb can combo into itself frequently if you (Sora) don't move after it connects, leading to a star KO if using the upward combo near the blastline.
#12 Link's usmash doesn't connect properly, it stinks quite frankly. His old one was much better...
#13 Marth's Counter doesn't counter..... If it does, the timing is STRICT (it feels like it counters between the first 2 frames, then it just stops).
#14 If a character with a non-default palette swap does a camera faceplant, sometimes the animation will switch to the default palette for about 1-2 frames, then switch back. Most likely an animation bug.
^^^ I haven't seen this is 0.9b, but I have seen it in the last demo. No clue if this has been fixed or not. ^^^
#15 Marth's pummel animations don't work..... that or it's just so fast I can't tell if there's an actual animation or not.
#16 When a cpu Kirby pummels, it will continue to pummel until hit or maunually moved.
#17 The animation for a backwards jump comes to halt when moving forward during mid-animation.
#18 Naruto laughs way too much, it kills me on the inside.
#19 If flinched during mid-animation, Black Mage's meteor will continue to rise. Whether this is intentional, I dunno. However, it could be quite confusing for the opponent to figure out which meteor is active if Black Mage tries to pull out another one directly afterward.
#20 Stage lips in Smashville need fixed, characters like Fox can't recover at the specific angle due to game restraints.
#21 Goku's recovery AI is too good.

#22 Mario's head during usmash startup has no hitbox.
^^^ While Mario's dsmash is great, it feels....weaker. Not really concerned about knockback, but it just doesn't feel right. Perhaps it needs more hitlag?^^^
#23 Loading Training Mode with Sora sometimes crashes the game.
#24 On the revival platform, Pika turns into Giga Pikachu.
#25 Chibi Robo lacks the "X" sign taunt.
#26 Marth's cape is untextured throughout Dancing Blade's animations.
#27 Certain character texture's have weird cooldown animations for some attacks (like ZZS' usmash), though they are quick and suttle. Others things include odd texture differences in colours when using a move (like Chibi Robo's upb), and some crouching animations look weird (MK 4e, lacks feet). Don't think this would be necessarly a problem, just thought I'd let ya know.
#28 Meta Knight's uair doesn't show his wings, unlike all his other aerial attacks. Just wanna say to wings disappearing during mid-falling animation was a nice touch.
#29 Fire Fox's momentum comes to a halt as soon as the move ends.
#30 Peach's ending animation when coming to a halt after dashing

Final Note: There a reason why Yoshi's Egg Lay animation was improved his other egg related moves weren't?
While this isn't a glitch, I think Marth's sprite should actually face the camera. It seems to contradict his jumping and attack animations (most face the camera), not to mention it would look nicer
