Oh, wow. You really don't understand why SOPA is a big deal at all, do you? If it was as simple as "well we're not selling it so we won't get in trouble", why would everyone be protesting and complaining about it? I mean those rules are pretty fair. I'd be fine with it if that's how it was laid out. (in fact I think that IS how the laws work currently). Do some research and learn about what the bill being passed would actually entail. |

actually any time someone on this site links to a youtube video of a trailer, gameplay or anything of a game, that would be "copyrighted material" i believe and could be grounds for parts of MG to be shut down.

This site would be shut down even if we didn't have YouTube tags. We would be shut down for having pictures of Mario on our site let alone having one of the biggest fan games out there right now under development.
