So what is SCAR?
SCAR is a coding program(like notepad or notepad++ ect...) Made by someone named freddy1990(dont know what his real name is...) It was and is mostly used for a game called runescape(or moparscape  )BUT it can be used to make simple scripts like a mouse recoreder or something of that nature.
