You know, i was thinking what if they replace the Pokemon Trainer, with Team Rocket, then they could have Meowth, and possibly two other pokemon. meowth would be kind of cool i dont really want them to do another pokémon trainer though
it's a cool idea for one character but if they do a bunch then it's just a cheap way to sneak in stupid amounts of playable pokémon

Another PKMN trainer would change super smash bros into a super pokemon bros.
That's 2 pokemon + pkmn trainer(3) and now + 3 (another trainer) + all the pokeballs that already represent the series.
Unless you are talking about removing Brawl's trainer to put another one.

Duh. Plus, there CAN be more than 4 characters of a series. Ever play SSBM? Dr.Mario was awesome. I am one of the few people who miss him.
