If PAC-MAN's grab is 1:1 with Smash 4 in frame data, grabboxes, etc.
His tip should just be "PAC-MAN - Grab Don't." His grab is so terrible in Smash 4 and his throws don't help that situation at all, I'm praying it gets buffed for SSF2 _________________   Stay groovy, wherever your travels take you.  |

his throws are okay not to mention his pummel does like 4% every time
