Because i like hammer flip. I just like chargeable moves that get very powerful when fully charged.

But it isn’t chargeable in SSF2
And is hammer flip useful?
It’s usefulness is not my first factor when I judge whether I think a character should have something, but it’s still something I consider.

Hammer Flip is one of the strongest moves to kill confirm into, so its definetly useful. Plus its a lingering hitbox on a floaty with tons of knockback, so its great for edgeguarding too

Huh
Neat
Should it light on fire like in the Kirby series?

Let me try to make one.

Alucard: show
Alucard

Image

Game: Castlevania: Symphony of the Night
Universe: Castlevania

Moveset:

Entrance: Teleports while holding his cape

Jab: Throws a punch and then swing his sword
S-Tilt: Swings his sword horizontally
U-Tilt: Swings his sword circularly.
D-Tilt: Attacks diagonally while crouching.
Dash Attack: Transforms into a wolf and charges while speeding up, but it only lasts a second or so.

S-Smash: Uses a Holy Sword to make a very powerful attack
U-Smash: Throws a Shotel upwards, which acts like a boomerang.
D-Smash: Sticks a Marsil (fire type sword) in the ground, releasing fire in both directions

N-Air: Swings his sword horizontally.
F-Air: Makes a semi-circular slash.
B-Air: Faces the opposite direction and does a kick
U-Air: Attacks upwards with the tip of his sword.
D-Air: Falls while doing a kick. Same as Simon

N-Special: Hellfire. Alucard releases three fireballs that attack anything in the direction he's facing. If you hold the key, he'll throw magma balls
S-Special: Crissaegrim. It makes many slashes with insane speed. It can be used while moving but it decreases Alucard's defense and deals no knockback
U-Special: Transforms into a bat and dashes upwards. It can be angled.
D-Special: Counter. Alucard teleports to the opponent's back, attacks, and then returns to the original position.

Shield: Displays his own shield
Side dodge: Slides like he does in the game
Spot dodge: Transforms into fog for an instant
Air dodge: Same as above

Grab: Just grabs the opponent
Pummel: Attacks with a knife, just like Black Mage does.
F-Throw: Throws the opponet forward and then uses Moon Rod to shoot half moon-shaped blades to him/her
B-Throw: Tosses the opponet backwards and, almost instantly, he throws a couple of knives
U-Throw: Attacks with his sword, throwing the enemy upwards
D-Throw: Just throws the enemy to the ground, like Captain Falcon

Final Smash:
It's called Sword Brothers and is stage-wide. Alucard summons Sword Familiar, which, from the center of the stage, swings itself circularly and then creates many swords and throws them in every direction.

Special mechanic:
Alucard has a MP gauge, which allows him to use many spells depending on how much it is charged. It fills itself automatically but slowly. The only way to speed it up is by dealing damage. The spells are used by following specific inputs. (3 of these inputs are different from the game because pressing the up key would be annoying since it makes you jump)

Summon Spirit (←→↓ + Special): Invokes a spirit that attacks the nearest enemy. It takes 15% of the MP gauge.
Tetra Spirit (→↘↓↙← + Special): Invokes 4 spirits this time. It takes 75% of the MP gauge.
Dark Metamorphosis (←↙↓↘→ + Special): Alucard emits a red light, and he's able to heal himself by dealing damage to opponents. Can only be used above 50% of the MP gauge. It slowly decreases until it's emtpy.
Soul Steal: (←→↘↓↙←→ + Special): Alucard steals HP from nearby enemies (dealing damage to them) and uses it to heal himself instantly. It takes 100% of the MP gauge.

Interesting
I think it would work better if the spirits had easier inputs (maybe Special while shielding)
Does the defense reduction for side special only last during side special?

I tried to make them as similar as possible to the original game, but if the inputs are hard then any change is okay.

Yes

Ganondorf
Shows his power

Triforce of Move Sets: show
This is Ganondorf. If you don’t know who he is then you probably live under a rock.
Demon King, Gerudo, wielder of the triforce of power
Appearances: LoZ OoT, LoZ Wind Waker, LoZ Twilight Princess, LoZ Hyrule Warriors

Entrance - Piano
Ganondorf will already be playing the piano, back to the screen. He will turn around; the piano disappearing.

Passive - Float
Similar to Peach and Goku, Ganondorf can float by holding jump or down in the air. However unlike those two, he can move in all directions while floating.
You can taunt while floating to reset the duration, but can’t move while taunting.

Things to Note:
Ganondorf stands with and fights with his Twilight Princess sword.

Normals
Jab - Stab, Dark Magic
First Jab - Ganondorf will stab forwards. Comes from Twilight Princess.
Rapid Jab - Ganondorf will hold up his fist in front of himself, causing a vortex of dark magic to spiral forwards. This lasts as long as you hold the button. Comes from Ocarina of Time.

Side Tilt - Kick
Ganondorf will kick forwards. Similar to his Brawl, Smash 4, and Ultimate side tilt, but with less force behind it. Comes from Twilight Princess.

Up Tilt - Arc Slash
Ganondorf will swing his sword in an arc above his head. Similar to Marth’s up tilt

Down Tilt - Stab
Ganondorf will stab forward. Similar to Marth’s down tilt.

Dash Attack - Sword Dive
Ganondorf will float up a bit, then do a flying lunge forward, sword first. Comes from Twilight Princess.

Neutral Air - Dark Portal
Ganondorf will curl up and a portal of dark magic will appear around him. Comes from Twilight Princess.

Forward Air - Slash
Ganondorf will perform a vertical slash in front.

Back Air - Slash
Ganondorf will perform a vertical slash behind himself.

Up Air - Arc Slash
Ganondorf will perform an arc slash above his head. Similar to Marth’s up air.

Down Air - Sword Dive
Ganondorf will perform a flying lunge diagonally downwards with his sword. Similar to Goku’s down air. Comes from Twilight Princess.

Smash Attacks
Side Smash - Elbow
Ganondorf will perform an elbow jab forwards. Comes from Twilight Princess.
Second Input - Spin Slash
Similar to how :link: has two parts to his forward smash. Ganondorf will spin around once and slash. Comes from Twilight Princess.

Up Smash - Triforce Image
Ganondorf will float up a little and raise his empty hand up. An image of the triforce will appear below him and light will burst up from it. Comes from Twilight Princess.

Down Smash - Two Spin Attacks
Ganondorf will perform a spin attack twice, spinning around twice. Comes from Twilight Princess (Yes, he actually did this in battle).

Specials
Neutral Special - Dead Man’s Volley
Ganondorf will float up and raise one hand. He will begin to charge a light orb in his hand. Hold special to charge. In the air you can float while charging. Charging it 0-50% will cause Ganondorf to send 1-5 orbs forwards (depending on how long you charged the move). Charging it over 50% will cause him to raise both hands when charging and throw a large, slow, and strong light orb. If this large orb is reflected (by a reflector) it speeds up. Comes from Ocarina of Time.

Side Special - Cape Reflector
This works exactly like Mario’s cape, except Ganondorf can float during it. Comes from Ocarina of Time.

Up Special - Portal Warp
Ganondorf will enter a portal of darkness. He will then come out of another a distance away. This functions like a somewhat slow teleport. Comes from Twilight Princess.

Down Special - Sword Smash
This only works on the ground. Ganondorf will hold up his sword to the side and begin to charge. The charge looks a lot like Roy’s neutral special. During this charge he will run forwards. You can jump once during this. Releasing the special button will cause Ganondorf to smash the sword in front of him. Comes from Twilight Princess.

Down Special Air - Aerial Slam
In the air, Ganondorf will float in place and raise his fist. He will begin to charge his aerial slam. Releasing special will cause Ganondorf to drop fist first into the ground, sending a shockwave outwards. The power of the move and size of the shockwave are increased when charging. Comes from Ocarina of Time.

Final Smash - Ganon
Ganondorf will transform into Ganon from Ocarina of Time. This would be a big attack in front. I don’t know how it would work exactly. Comes from Ocarina of Time.

Throws
Grab - Telekinesis
Ganondorf will pick up the opponent with his telekinesis.

Pummel - Choke
Ganondorf will choke the victim.

Forward Throw - Toss
Ganondorf will toss the opponent away.

Back Throw - Portals
Ganondorf will teleport the opponent to his back via a portal.

Up Throw - Dark Magic Column
Ganondorf will create a pillar of dark magic from beneath the opponent.

Down Throw - Slam
Ganondorf will grab his victim’s neck and slam them into the ground

Miscellaneous
Neutral Taunt - Spin and Pose
His taunt he’s had since Melee. Comes from Ocarina of Time.

Side Taunt - Laugh
Ganondorf will cross his arms and laugh. Comes from Ocarina of Time.

Vertical Taunt - Triforce of Power
Ganondorf will hold up his fist, causing the triforce of power to glow. Comes from Ocarina of Time.

Float Taunt - Laugh
Ganondorf will cross his arms and laugh. Comes from Ocarina of Time.

Victory - Laugh
Same as taunt.

:chibirobo: can pocket - dead man’s volley
:ness: can absorb - dead man’s volley

Just have his FS be the one from Ultimate.
Also where is Warlock Punch? At least have it as forward Smash.

Sure for FS, any of his FS’s work
For the rest:

No

Ganondorf has never done that in LoZ

i think you take the "smash bros. movesets must be 100% accurate to canon and they must be able to perform it on their source material as well" rule WAY too seriously.

Maybe
Actually, definitely
But I still think Smash’s Ganondorf is lazy
And my move sets are just ideas

And I wouldn’t say must be 100% source accurate, I just hate the ignorance of a character’s in game move in favor of making up specials
Also Smash’s Ganondorf doesn’t even feel like Ganondorf (the magical sword fighter)
