Connection Timeout (Persistant)

I have been trying to connect to Online Mode several times, even though I have a stable internet connection and Ethernet cable.
http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/6135212208 It would say "Connection Timeout" Even after several password resets My account is also activated and has SSF2 in the Game Library I just don't know what to do now ;( ID is Raptokian |

Your internet is kinda extremely poor.
A fast and stable internet connection is required to run Online mode decently well. Consider getting a new router. |
