Tania stamped her foot on the ground with a look of disgust "Is there no better way?!" she exclaimed "Must we loot the bodies of the fallen?" She covered her mouth with the handkerchief again. "What about the storage? Anything must be better than looting these poor bodies. We mustn't disrespect the dead, it is unhonorable, unheard of, ungentlemanly and most definitely uladylike."

Charisma sighed. "That was the only thing I got right. I probably would have died though if you didn't come." She stated, sorrow showing on her face. "Well, we can't turn back now, that's for sure. So, what are we going to do?" She asked. "Take the chance and go in?"



The blood dripped down Barbas' arm, his face cringed as his flesh was cut open. "Damn." He muttered, instinctively looking at his arm. His eyes narrows as he stared down at the creature. "So small, yet so strong. Much like an arrow." He smirked, grabbing another arrow, and pulling back on his bow. He took aim, glancing at his arm which was pulled back. Shooting the arrow, he did what he always did, turning around. His overconfidence would one day be the end of him.

The orange haired man frowned at the sight. He really expected nothing better, but he had really hoped his thoughts were wrong. What had been done, albeit awful, had happened, and he found no reason to dwell on it for long. After shaking the thought off, he decided to reply to Eton. "I don't really think we should defile the dead." Nechis said. "I'm personally rather against the idea, but if you believe it's absolutely necessary, we can stock up I suppose..." the man stated, again looking around at the dead bodies around them.

Gabriel
The wooden door creaked as Gabriel pushed on it. He swore and his eyes darted from one person to the other. He squinted and focused on the giant bird that looked a little like a horse. He loved bird meat, and this one would last him years, he thought. Too bad Lucifer isn't interested in food.

Serene dismounted, turned to Tania, and started walking towards her. She was disgusted by the fact that she always tried to act so ladylike, this was about survival. "These weapons are here! WE MIGHT AS DAMN WELL TAKE THEM!" she shouted in Tania's face. "IF WE WANT TO SURVIVE ONE SINGLE MINUTE OUT THERE, WE NEED WEAPONS!" She put up a fist, and brought it down, aiming for Tania's face.

"Serene!" Eton shouted as he saw Serene trying to land a hard punch to Tania's face. He knew all too well what had happened. She was angry and upset. He had seen friendly fire before and knew the conditions. It wasn't Tania's fault. He knew he would be too late to stop the punch but knew he could stop Serene from doing anything else. He got up and began to ran towards her.

The creature was unable to react in time and was pierced through the head. It let out a screech of pain and fell to the ground, it's bloody body began to turn a black color and then began to almost burn away.

"Yea, we'll take the chance." Julius said. "I want...you to stay behind me alright. I don't want you getting hurt. Alright?" He said as he rode on, almost approaching the village.

The punch glanced on her cheek, Tania was stunned at the rude behavior from a comrade who was supposed to be her ally. She had desperately tried to becomes friends with the girl, even with her unladylike short comings. This attack was the last straw, it was so barbaric, so dishonorable, so infuriating, it made the barbarian girl look like a queen of the most proper palaces. She stepped back from Serene, and took off one of her silken gloves and threw it at the girl.

While still holding onto her cheek, which now felt warm she gazed at Serene icily. "Quite frankly, I've had enough of your attitude. You are spoiled, headstrong, and rude. I can understand that you are hurt from your friend dieing, but you should be thankful you're even alive! We are in a town. There are other supplies that can be found in better condition, within the stores and homes! Clearly, your parents never raised you with a shred of honor for the dead, actually it's more like honor for anyone." She whistled and Windy came to her side, and nuzzled Tania's cheek. She walked away from the others only to turn back once and say: "Also, I have no idea what Eton could possibly see in you"

Charisma sighed, then slowly nodded. "Right.." She stated. She looked down at her book, then looked up to where they were heading. "Almost there." She said to Julius. "What do we do when we get there? If it was attacked, then it's dangerous." She was beginning to doubt whether or not they would live through this.



Barbas smirked, hearing the arrow squish through the creatures skull, he turned around. "Strange." He mumbled to himself. "Never seen that before. then again, I never saw on of those things period." He scratched his head, placing his bow on his back and walking into the town.

Serene looked at Tania, with rage. Tania didn't know that Serene spent two years of her life living alone after her parents were killed. The rage built inside of her even more when she thought of what Tania had said to her. "HOW CAN I DO ANYTHING TO ACT LADYLIKE WHEN I HAVEN'T EVEN BEEN NEAR PEOPLE FOR A PROLONGED PERIOD OF TIME BEFORE THIS?! I LIVED ONLY WITH BLACK KING FOR TWO YEARS, TRYING TO KEEP MYSELF ALIVE! YOU PROBABLY DON'T KNOW WHAT IT'S LIKE TO LIVE ALONE, HAVING ALL OF YOUR FAMILY KILLED!" she shouted to Tania, and slowly withdrawing away
"At least you have a family to go back to..." she uttered these words, and went back to Black king and mounted him. She had enough of Tania, and was getting ready to leave.

The town's street's were filled with bodies and blood, the buildings remained in tact, but there was an abandoned feel to them. In the town, a chittering, almost animal like sound could be heard, along with movement. Something had obviously happened. Something horrible.

Julius stopped his horse for a moment as he looked at the eerily silent town below. There was no signs of damage or anything, things were far too quiet. He began to continue further towards the town. Deep down he was afraid. He remained silent, he wasn't quite sure. They needed supplies, he knew that much, but it was risky.

Eton stopped dead in his tracks. He didn't know what to think. The comment bothered him. What did he see in Serene, he wasn't sure himself. But he had fallen in love with her.

"We're a good distance yet from the next town over. It will be at least another day, Please, you two need to calm yourselves." It was the only thing he could think of to say.

Tania mounted Windy, she could not stand that girl any longer, and she hated this accursed town even more, bodies laying around was usually a bad thing in her books, but if they wanted to be crazy and stay there that was their decision. "Tekun, I need some fresh air, I'll fly around for a bit then return, I'm not leaving" she assured him. Windy flapped her wings and took off into the air.

Serene turned away, and had Black King take her to another part of the town. "I'll be looking around the town." she said in a sharp, angry tone. She was still mad, and needed time to cool off.
Black King took her deeper into the village, moving at a slow walk. He looked around the area, trying to wonder how much effort and planning it took the attackers to stage a massacre this big. "I wonder..." she thought of Tekun. She didn't know how she could trust him at all, it could have been his clan's doing.

Tekun nodded to Tania and watched as she flew off. He hoped she would cool down soon. He remained close to Tara, he felt safe near her, more comfortable, secure. Despite this, he remained quiet yet. Disturbed greatly by his clan's death.

"Serene! wait!" Eton said as she began to go off on her own and then sighed. She was angry and wished he could help.

Rana
"Tania? Can I help?" Rana asked softly. He had crouched down by a dead body and was staring into its eyes.

Gabriel
Gabriel wrapped his hand around a spear on the wall. He snapped it off, a piece of the building coming with it. He held the spear in both hands and moved to the window on the other side. He climbed out silently and pressed himself to the structure, peeking around the corner. His view was obstructed by a pile of bodies, but he clearly saw one of the girls taking off on one of the big birds. Damn, I wanted that bird! He thought before crawling behind the dead bodies and trying to look through them without being spotted. Then the other bird left. He cursed a little too loudly, then caught his breath and threw his head into the bodies. He laid completely still.

Barbas lifted his head up, getting his bow ready as he looked around. "Something is here..." He muttered to himself, loud enough for it to fall unto his own ears. "Something is surely here." He didn't know what it could be. It was either something worse than the creature he had killed, or there was a group of them.


Charisma had not known what to say to Julius, and stayed quite for the most part. "What do you think is going on?" She asked him in a soft voice. I hope we can get some supplies and be on our way.
