After a little thinking. I redid my roster a little.

I still think there will be a few more characters from casual series.

Remove Mii,NinTenDogs en that random bozo and replace them with someone people actually care about :T

Casual Nintendo fans wouldn't mind Kawashima and Nintendog, besides you never cared a thing for Wii Fit Trainer, their inclusions are fine if its fine for Wii Fit Trainer.

Wii Fit Trainer is a "joke/Promotion" and adding more joke characters for the heck of it is just stupid. And the fact you added a Mii makes this roster even more awful.

Mii is quite likely, and most likely fits Sakurai's description of character customization. Dr. Kawashima and Nintendog are unique characters, that's the reason for WFT's inclusion, not for the heck of it.

Anyone can be unique in Smash lol.

Yeah, Brain Age and Nintendogs is also a popular series, selling about as much as Wii Fit.
That and their uniqueness is why I think those two will be in Smash.

Trying to do something while Smashboards is still down right? Yeah, same here.

So for the roster, I'm counting 49 characters. Which is completely understandable (Maybe just a tad bit on the higher side).
- I quickly noticed the lack of the top two newcomers (K. Rool and Ridley). While not having Ridley at this point is understandable, King K. Rool is still a very plausible character and is (from what I've seen / read) the most wanted newcomer currently and nothing really denies K. Rool from being added. So I highly suggest reconsidering adding him back in.
- Tagging in Dixie with Diddy Kong would completely change the way Diddy Kong works. As we've seen before with Ganondorf, it's pretty unlikely that we'll see a large character change like that right off of the bat. Dixie would be better as her own character, but K. Rool seemingly outclasses her in consistence and overall demand. I think you should scrap her, but that's just me.
- Three Kid Icarus characters is really pushing it. Dark Pit will likely stay as an alternate color and potentially become an assist trophy. Nothing more than that really.
- The most controversial part of your roster is Nintendog and Dr. Kawashima. While I think Dr. Kawashima probably won't be playable and will probably be in the background of a potential Brain Age stage for the 3DS, I do think that Nintendog is an interesting idea. I see what you're going for with the whole "casual audience" idea, but Villager and Wii Fit Trainer are already for that audience. Adding in another two would be overkill. Cut Kawashima and consider Nintendog.
- Chrom and Lucina is another one of those cases like Diddy and Dixie. I'd imagine if Ike was cut for Chrom, Chrom would likely inherit a lot of his moveset. That being said, tagging in Lucina as well would be too big a change between games. Keep Ike or leave Chrom alone.
- Isaac and Starfy are characters I'd normally advocate a bit against. But considering your roster size, I think they fit in nicely.
- As much as I want Layton in Smash I don't think we'll see him over Snake. Pac-Man maybe but that is still really unlikely.

Overall the big negatives here are the drastic playstyle changes, Nintendodog AND Dr. Kawashima, and the lack of K. Rool.
It's still pretty fair overall.

You want Dark Pit using a slot instead of him being a pit costume?
Also, why have Diddy and Dixie Switchout?

IMO Pauletina wouldn't do much. Its like adding rosalina.
You replaced Snake with Layton? :/ What would he do, as far as we know, he can fight, but I don't think there's
enough moves for a fighting game. I think wright has a better chance. It's like adding Conan.
Did you forget that Nintendogs is a stage hazard/ background character? Also, its been
confirmed that Wii U and 3DS will have the same characters.
Kawashima? Thats like adding the FACE RAIDERS.
Chrom + Lucina have the same problem as DK and DK.

I'm saying that thinking "WFT = more playable casual game characters" is like thinking "ROB = more playable NES accessories".

You're missing the point of why they were included.

I hardly consider Wii Fit Trainer to be a joke. I mean, if you take into account that the other fighters in the series include a tiny space guy who commands walking plants, a blue humanoid hedgehog, a pair of eskimo's, a humanoid fox, a humoid pheasant, an electric rodent, a pink marshmellow, a dinosaur, magical princesses, futuristic racers etc. etc., then a virtual yoga instructor actually fits into the line-up quite well. Her character is also pulled off in a way that allows people to take her seriously.

The only people who consider SheFit a joke are, in my opinion, people that are butthurt over her inclusion (over other characters).
