When someone psots something that breaks a specific rule, why not quote it in the forum rules? If you don't feel right quoting their stupidity, you can leave their name out. It make it so that when someone does check the rules, the have a better understanding.
The rules are specifically written to be straight to the point, and easy to understand. If you have a hard time understanding any of the rules, then I think that rules' wording should be adjusted rather than have a quote for each of them, which would look clunky and excessive (something we don't want, when we want people to actually read them).
