There are three categories to this, two official and one for an extended challenge. When submitting to the first two categories at least provide a screen-shot of the character select screen with the appropriate setting on it. The third category will be discussed later.
Barrier: Like it sounds, this category is for when the barrier is up, preventing the bag from exiting the area until time is up or when the bag is sent. With barriers: show No Barrier: Where the barrier keeping the bag in the podium is gone. No barriers: show No baseball bat: Like it sounds, any use of the bat given is prohibited. Use of the bat counts as damage dealt involving the bat. Meaning that swinging and throwing the bat at the bag is not allowed. You can pick it up to dispose of it. Now, because one can lie about their best claiming to be without the bat, this category will require any form of video proof. It wasn't straight RNG... the guy changed his item settings to only party balls, bobombs, and mini mushrooms.

It's still RNG.
The items aren't guaranteed spawn in the order you need, and sometimes the party ball will spawn nothing/not enough bob-ombs. The second capsule spawn is, again, RNG, since instead of a poison mushroom it can either give a bob-omb or a party ball. _________________  |

I tried it. You CAN change the item settings but it is still pretty difficult to get it. From experimentation Bob-ombs seem to pop out of the capsule most often, with the party ball being the least often. Even if you do get the order of Party ball to Mushroom you have to get lucky and have the party ball spew out Bob-ombs whi is the rarest of the 'parties' if I remember (using Melee as reference).
