as funny as I found the post above mine, i don't see a plot hole.

He wasn't returning anything, he went to the future to purchase a new toy on the day it started selling months before it came out.

In the new episode he ran into himself purchasing the toy.

He used that Stewies return pad.

What are you confused about?
