Gender: Female
Name: Noah Reeve

Time Period: Present Day

Race: Human

Age: 47

Class: Detective

Alignment: Lawful Good

Current RP's: None

Equipment:

Tracking Sensors and Receiver: Small black sensors with strong adhesive on the back that can be placed on almost any surface. The blue receiver can pick up the sensors for up to 20 miles and shows their location in an onscreen radar.

Appearance:

Reeve's black hair is short enough to stay in order without a comb, but droops over his forehead periodically. His upper lip is covered by a trimmed mustache accompanied by a soul patch just under it. He wears a standard navy blue business suit with a plain white button shirt. The only noticeable difference in the jacket is the golden fasteners he uses instead of the normal tortoise shell ones. His shoes are particularly shiny.

Personality:

While engaged in casual conversation, Reeve would appear to be a completely ordinary individual. However, when a tough case rears its ugly head, this hard-boiled detective focuses on identifying suspects and piecing together clues. Whilst in his trance, all other distractions are ignored. It's as if he loses touch with reality and can only can only think about the case. This, combined with his insane thirst for justice, is his only fault.

Although this never proves to be much of a problem, sometimes he can go overboard. For example, a woman is blackmailed into marrying a cruel man that wants her to bear his children. Years later, she is unable to take the pain of living a lie any longer and kills her husband. She frames their son, who has raped her on several occasions, in the hopes that he would be locked away. Reeve would see her to be just as guilty as the father or son, having no sympathy for the woman or her troubled life.

Nonetheless, he is a good man that would go to the ends of the Earth to bring a criminal down.

Biography:

"As long an someone is tethered to their humanity, they can never commit the perfect crime."

Words that Detective Noah Reeve has lived by for decades. Since he was a young child, mystery novels had always been his favorite form of entertainment. Using the deductive knowledge he gained from such reading, he formed a small detective agency. They focused on finding lost pets, misplaced items, and the occasional robber. The local police station formed an alliance with Noah after he had singlehandedly brought an elusive thief to justice.

At age nineteen, Reeve was known far and wide as one of the greatest minds of his generation. He had found murderers, burglars, extortionists, thugs, mobsters, gangs, and just about every animal you can imagine as a pet. Nothing escaped his gaze, not a man nor a needle in a haystack. At around his twentieth birthday, he was offered a position as lead investigator for the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. He accepted and left his hometown of Bordeaux, California.

Without even landing in Japan, his work began immediately. An attendant on his plane died suddenly during the flight. She had taste tested a drink that was to be served to Governor Ishihara. It was apparent that someone planned to murder him, the motive being that they believed he was elected unfairly. However, Reeve discovered that the deceased attendant had dumped the co-pilot recently. He became disgruntled and sought revenge. Although, without hard evidence, there would be nothing to prove his involvement. Luckily, Reeve noticed that the victim's left shoulder of her vest held traces of cyanide. Also, the Governor had ordered a drink that required mixing. If the culprit had known of the victim's habits, i.e. constantly brushing the hair off of her left shoulder with her left hand and mixing alcoholic beverages with her left index finger, they could easily stage an assassination attempt on an important political figure. The co-pilot knew the Governor would get on his flight, he knew she would jump at the chance to serve him a drink (being a big fan of high-status men), he knew she would mix the drink like she had so many times during their dating period, and he knew the Governor would order his favorite mixed alcoholic beverage. Reeve's evidence was that only he could know these things because all of her family members had passed away and he was the only man that had ever been close to her. He confessed and was arrested as soon as they landed.

The Tokyo police were astounded by his deductive abilities. His stay there was anything but normal, though. Each case that came in was stranger than the last. Every culprit that he caught had gone to great lengths to create an elaborate scheme. The murder cases were tougher than anything he had ever faced, the ideas used were cleverer each time. It's like the criminals were learning from him... filling in holes that Reeve caught and making it harder to solve. It wasn't long before an attempt on his life was made. Many people wished to see him dead, loved ones of the people incarcerated, future villains, random people that disliked law enforcement. The way in which it happened was so far-fetched and peculiar that Reeve was unable to identify the felon. He was distraught, but didn't allow his spirit to be shattered. This unsolved case was obviously an attempt to break his streak and lessen his confidence. It almost worked, too. But they didn't count on him figuring out at least the motive. That tidbit alone was enough to satisfy him.

In a world where criminals get smarter as time goes on, elite knowledge is needed to best their best. That's where he comes in. When you have ruled out all possibilities, what's left is Reeve.

Looks like a cross between Javert and Conan.

I could tell. His flaw kinda mirrors Javert but his deductive skills are Conan-like.

Not to mention his outfit and appearance mimics Richard Moore.
