Punching someone, and shouting really loud at them in their face because they said these words is disturbing the peace.

Literally anything can get a rise out of people so banning people from saying certain words isn't really the right way to go about this.
There's no point in banning words because IT MIGHT do this or whatever.

If you're shouting "f*** you n*****" in a public place, you're disturbing the peace. That's a crime.

Saying f*** you n***** itself is not disturbing the peace. It's the fact you're shouting really loud which is the problem, which is really a second level up from this and is threatening.

Stop conflating these two things.
