Yes, while all of that is true in a sense, in Super Mario Bros. Crossover, he is unable to charge his shots unless he has obtained a Super Mushroom. Without the Super Mushroom, he doesn't even have his helmet!

We need the Adventure link. The first link doesn't fit well

I actually said the same thing. That's the Link I actually first expected.
His small size is perfect for his normal form, but when he gets a Super Mushroom, I expected him to grow to his Zelda II: Adventure of Link size.

I just expected that to happen.
One Link is good enough.
I was expecting the Zelda II sprite of Link as well.

There needs to be a Wii port of this.

Playable via Homebrew, of course.

If implemented carefully, they could make this playable on a Sega Dreamcast.
Many fan made games have been made playable on it, and this game would be no exception.

I love my Dreamcast, and seeing this game being made playable on it would be awesome.
I'd love to see it playable on the dreamcast, and it is very possible.

It's odd. I can't either. I've played Super Mario Bros. so many times, and perfected the art of "not dying".
Mario in Super Mario Bros. Crossover feels like his controls got alot more slippery than in Super Mario Bros.
His jump is still great, but it feels like it has lost alot of control, and his swimming mechanics feels like they have changed. He IS the only character who can run fast, but his running feels different too. Like he was sabotaged on purpose. I mean, yes, We've all beaten Super Mario Bros. We've all been there, but don't sabotage whats supposed to be the most balanced character in the game.
