ICHIGO VS NARUTO MU

1) Strength/Busting/Attacks:
So6P Naruto's attacks with Bijuudamas and Bijuudama Rasenshurikens hit really f*** hard. Easily destroying multiple mountains and could destroy an area probably around the size of Ohio/Bulgaria if given the time do so.
What's not realized is how underplayed Ichigo's feats in this category are. Usually we see this "mountain" vaping feat and then get into arguments on whether or not it is a mountain when honestly we are ignoring an even better feat that occurs in the next chapter.
This is Dangai Ichigo destroying Aizen's Ultra-Fragor. For those that do not know/notice, Ultra Fragor is made from 6 of Aizen's Fragors, and even that feat gets underplayed.
Usually the feat and destruction is seen and just described as "Oh, it's Multi-Mountain". Yes, the range of the attack does seem to be of that category; however, what is forgotten is the fact that this attack was able to damage Dangai Ichigo. Ichigo was able to destroy an attack 6 times more powerful than the one that damaged him.
Okay what's Dangai Ichigo's durability?
It's honestly pretty damn high. Dangai Ichigo is the culmination of Ichigo's powers, Zangetsu and Old Man Zangetsu. Meaning that the feats from Zangetsu (commonly known as Vasto Lorde) apply to Dangai Ichigo. To jolt some memories, Zangetsu no-sold Ulquiorra's Lanza Del Relampago being set off on him, which causes an explosion bigger than Las Noches despite being thrown beyond the horizon. And Las Noches is huge, as in it'd take 6 days to walk around Las Noche's walls.
Aizen's Fragors hit harder than Ulquiorra's LDR, Dangai Ichigo destroyed Ultra-Fragor which is made of 6 Fragors. Dangai Ichigo hits 6 times harder than Ulquiorra's LDR which is bigger than Las Noches. Thus Ichigo should be above Naruto's strongest attacks.
2) Durability:
So6P Naruto's are pretty cut and dry. He can tank his and Sasuke's attacks combined that dwarf mountains. He's even able to endure Sasuke's strongest attacks combined with his two strongest attacks. It f*** him up, but it's still a good feat for durability.
Ichigo's best durability feat was no selling Ulquiorra's Lanza Del Relampago and tanking Fragor as shown above and those attacks are huge as they are compared to Las Noches.
3) Speed:
Naruto reacts to lightning. I also don't believe this is his limits as we saw in The Last, KCM3 Naruto reacted to GWR from Toneri and GWR could extend to the diameter of the moon in like 1-10 seconds depending on how you interpret it. However I believe the feat should be around Mach 1500+.
On feats, Naruto would be faster than Dangai Ichigo. Ichigo's best feat at the time was reacting to Gin's Buto Renjin. Gin stated his Bankai was Mach 500 and according to the databook Bleach: Official Character Book UNMASKED, Buto Renjin is doubling in speed and power.

But Gin lied!
1) Gin lied to Aizen, we don't know what he told Aizen.
2) The book 13 Blades retconned Gin's clause to: "偽り隠し続けた真の能力。 長く延びなければ迅くも延びない。 猛毒を内在する刃が一瞬塵になるだけ。"
Where now it extends as quick so long as it extends long. So it's speed is Mach 500 and Mach 1000 at Buto Renjin. Still not enough to contend with Peak Naruto though imo.
You would actually need EoS Ichigo's speed feats to make an argument. However, due to Yhwach and Ichibei's 3927km speed feats, Ichigo scales to much faster speeds than Naruto at Mach 1500.

TL;DR EoS Ichigo should take the majority if not stomp So6P Naruto.
To answer your Round 2, Visored Ichigo would be slower than So6P Naruto, but his durability would be superior to Naruto's own durability and attacks. Vasto Lorde is his next mode, but it's such a drastic increase in durability and damage output that despite being slower it is much too powerful.
Bonus: It's possible they could win with Naruto's TSB Rods. With clones and Ichigo's superior speed to this Goku, an argument could be made that they take a solid majority.
