I don't know. I mained Kirby from January to May and he became one of favorite characters to use. I definitely pushed his meta much farther than anyone else at that time with appliing patient play offensively, and a strong punish game most people that mained him before neglected.

Representation is one thing. Making the actually steps to improve the character is another. There's a zillion Marth's and he sure as he sure as hell have the potential to be leagues better than what he's seen as now. More an impenetrable wall than when Brawl or Melee Marth. People just seem comfortable with him at his current level for the fact that he is a simple, yet powerful top-tier, and only a hand full of characters come close to a threat at his position. Therefore, the meta for him has little need to grow anymore at the moment. This goes the same for MK, Lloyd, Pikachu, etc. People underestimate how far the high-tier can go from this point on.

Also, I thought this was numberless ranking tier to address the idea that 'there is no specific rank placement in the current meta, everything is match-up depended.' Because it's far too difficult to judge at the moment who should go over who in the high/mid/low tier ranks for everyone's potential to grow in the meta is highly apparent, but also not been reached yet.

I don't think any tier list is, but I think this is one is better than yours.
