I watched the IGN stream where they showed the Jak/Ratchet one. Thought it was kinda f*** stupid, but oh well. I'll see how the rest are tomorrow.

Not gonna pick it up at midnight, I'm gonna get it after class tomorrow. All of my Wed classes got cancelled, so I've got pretty much all week with this f***, hellyeah.

After playing for a couple days, I feel like I'm doing good with maybe a fourth of the roster. Pretty good game overall, though it feels light on content (Sure there's a lot of unlockable icons, but those are unimportant). And the method to unlock everything is grinding each character for rankings...

Doesn't really feel like grinding to me, honestly. If you just play 'em normally, you'll get the big s*** eventually.

I really dislike Nariko and Ratchet, but beyond that I'm having a blast with the game. So much s*** to do, and it's tons of fun.

I gotta be honest, though. The roster is starting to bug me more and more every time I see Polygon Man's face. I mean, I guess the "story" is that he was bringing all these All Stars together, in hopes to kick the crap out of them for stealing his spot as a mascot? So why Nariko, Big Daddy and Donte the Demon Killer? Why not Spyro, Snake, Cloud, and for f***'s sake Crash, who was the one who directly replaced him as the PSOne mascot?

I know it's all licensing s*** that kept them from being in, but still. Every time I start to think about that, it makes it not really feel like an "All Stars" game. Despite that, the characters we DO have are sweet and the game's still fun as hell. I just hope they flesh the roster out better in any potential sequels

I'm doing well with Ratchet, Spike, Sly, Jak, and Parappa. I want to like Sir Dan, but I just suck with him.

Absolute worst is Nariko. Her level 1 and 2 are worthless...

2's not bad, but I feel like an absolute dick playing her. She just keeps f***' going as long as you mash square. It's worse than Kratos

You can avoid her level 2 throughout the entire super by getting near it then evading behind the cannon. When she turns, evade behind it again. Constantly do it till the super ends and she'll never hit with her level 2 super

I don't know if you've been online yet, but there's a lot of dirty Kratos players running around

Because Kratos actually is the most balanced compared to the rest of the characters and has the best level 3 super in the game.

I just can't hit square as fast as the pro Kratos players

Actually, Sackboy has the best level 3. Maybe Big Daddy, too. Kratos' is around average, but he builds it so fast you think it's the best.


Now, Raiden is the most OP character in the game, easily.

In what way is Sackboy's Level 3 any better than Kratos's? And Big Daddy's level 3 is average. You can swim to the surface and have big daddy waste his Super time by gettin up there with dashes and swimming.

Kratos's level 3 is the best because it's literally all-rounded and you can score between 4-7 kills with it. A combination of both attacks and directional projectiles while being twice the size of himself, making it harder for opponents to jump out of it.

And raiden is not OP at all. He's just scrub-friendly.

Evil Cole, Kratos, Heihachi, and Nariko dish out AP faster than he can. As a matter of fact, you can dish out between 75-100% of a super bar to level 1 for Heihachi in a very short combo. I'm not kidding. Try it for yourself
