The Dreamcast. I saw a video of some guy demonstrating it in Ready 2 Rumble Boxing. But, considering the third one is coming the Wii, maybe they worked something out.

They didn't steal motion control dumbass, they were the first to have it!

Albeit crappy, the power glove was a motion based, controller for the NES system.
