Question to the staff (that i already know the answer of)

Okay so here it goes:
Can i reuse SSF2 sprites for another project? I normally wouldn't do this, but the goal of it is that it should run even on the worst computers around (Even a Pentium 1 233MHz can run it) but there's a big hurdle: To actually play, you need a OpenGL 1.4 card so the 3D Models display. On software mode, 3D Models are unsupported and so i need sprites for the abysmally bad computers with no OpenGL 1.4 support. i'm pretty sure the answer is "no", but it doesn't hurt to try |

You can. use some sprites from online, like Ness's whole sprite sheet is online.

Just because it's online doesn't mean i'm allowed to use it, for instance, when Half-Life 2's source code leaked online, did that mean i could use it for my own projects? Nope. On another note, i'm going to get a bunch of sprites from the internet that are free for use. Right now i got this Mario sprite set that is the same as in Crusade: link Looks good enough. |

They are replacing the Sprite Sheet tho, so it's fine.
