Don't you guys think sing should be buffed?

Anyone have a consistent Rest confirm? Sing is absolute trash imo

i just started playing today, and on a whim i decided to main jigglypuff because shes super cool. I've got some experience playing smash aka playing at my friends' houses but i don't own the game myself and i never played it regularly, until now that is. i have a basic understanding of her moveset except i dont know most of her grabs and i dont know any combos, and obviously i dont know any of the nitty gritty details like frame data, especially because theyre probably a lot different in ssf2 than in the actual liscensed games. also, i have basically zero experience playing on pc. i played like two games so far and i decided i wanted to make an account and play regularly, and of course any guidance, tips, advice, info on bread and butter combos, etc would be greatly appreciated. also im totally down to play people and make new friends. this seems like a totally sick community. my snapchat is alex_pinkowish feel free to hmu if you wanna play or chat in person or whatever.
