I personally think this the best mmorpg maker, it lets u make anything from a online chess mmog to a Medival mmorpg, only down side is its 2-D but u can pretty much customize everything with its flexible coding language. Its also really easy to host and you also can make it other people can host your games also. If your good at picking up thinks it should only take a week or two to learn.
