It's good for long ranged reflecting, stopping certain approaches and stunning since we don't have forced tripping yet. Their are a lot of things that could be done for Brawl reflector and like I said, they could combine the two, new animations would need to be added, but I think its worth it.

Nah, Falco looks just fine to me. The only thing on stream that I found somewhat choppy related to Falco is his D-Smash. Besides that, I guess the stream in itself was kinda choppy. I think Falco would look more fluid and seksi if we actually played him. but our boy luffy tho lol his D-Smash lookin' as fluid as PAC-MAN going waka-waka lmao (His sprites are probably going to be updated too) ================================================================================= I just want to question something, that just came on top of my mind. What is Falco's run speed? Is it like Melee's, shorter than Fox's by a little? Or is it Sm4sh. Oh god no Sm4sh run speed EDIT: I saw the "Ten Years of Smash Flash" video, and it looks to me that Falco's run speed is like Sm4sh but a bit faster. Kinda wish it to be close to Fox's but I guess SH lasers will be my way of approaching more now.

Falco has always been slower than Fox on the ground. In Brawl, he had good vertical mobility which was good for ground to air transition. However, I just looked over the dashing values and I hope it is Melee's dashing speed. I also hope he has his Melee walking speed as well. Though I hope he has his smash 4 air speed.

Ugh, people are already complaining about not being able to spam. If you want to spam, play in melee.

Shine is a pretty broken move, yeah. But if you're just doing that, you won't get much (if at all) mileage. Spamming just Shine doesn't make Fox good. His great neutral, aerials, etc. make him great. Of course, if you remove shine he'd be hella nerfed, but still he's a good character. If you wanna talk about any blaster, just talk about Falco's gay SH lasers lul Ok, let's stop talking about this. Back to Falco chit-chat. why is falco's up-b even worse than melee's I talked about this earlier as a first glance. Yeah I know you have multiple ways of recovery, but seeing the distance traveled by his only good vertical recovery besides his double-jump, which you have to save; it's just so sad-looking. I get that the Dev Team doesn't want Falco to be OP, but I think Firebird doesn't have to be nerfed, of all the things that Falco should be adjusted by. It's making a Glass Cannon into a Paper Gun. Or maybe I'm being overdramatic about this. Probably so. *this mini rant could all be null if falco's grabbox during up-b is bigger than it may seem tho *

The thing is, all the directional specials got mega-nerfed because of the switch from analog to digital. In Melee Fox could do M2K angle crazy sweetspots to avoid onstage coverage, Mangles (going as high as you can and still grab ledge), directly at the opponent, onstage platforms, etc., etc., often from really any place close to the edge. In SSF2 you have eight options, which is really 3 when you consider that 5 of them usually kill you. Fox's recovery wasn't bad in Melee, but in this game he's much easier to edgeguard. Falco will be even more so.

Well, that balances out Fox ok to me. But Falco without an angled recovery (and it being shorter than Melee's) Well, time to die at 50%. u n l e s s y o u h a v e g o d l i k e d i
