Bowser is a character that has historically been rather low tier with several problems outweighting strenghts. If this is the case for any character we will seek to make changes to their toolset in an attempt to make them more viable.

kirby remake confirmed
Why were some chars (like mega man) changed in certain ways to be more similar to SSB4? Like Wario's aerial attacks and MM's taunts? They were better before IMO.

What was the philosophy behind buffing and nerfing particular characters? Some of the balance changes (namely Kirby, Yoshi and Goku) seem to be...questionable at best. Also, what's been the silliest glitch you've encountered whilst developing the game?

Tell me if I'm wrong: is it Adobe Flash Player 10 the proper name of SSF2's game engine?

What are or where can I find the minimal technical requirements to run SSF2?

Is there a reason (ok ofc there is one) as to why buried opponents recieve full knockback? Is that a feature you just didnt add until now because its hard/annoying to code or deemed uneccessary?

It used to have one more frame of jump startup due to a bug, but it was fixed

It doesn't make sure imo to make people flub their combos out of it so they take regular kb

definitely does make sense, the move doing less kb than anticipated doesnt help combos it hurts 'em. subtractive armor like yoshi's double jump is super jarring so we try to use it as little as possible.

kirby is buggy because every time a character's neutral special is updated similar but not the same code has to be added to kirby and because he has like 40 copy abilities its not always clear when things break as the engine is updated. the fixes are usually pretty simple but one small number tweak in the game engine can break like 20 copy abilities
