In retrospect, they'd need to add more abilities to Dimentio's roster of them before he could get much of a move set. Still, I can dream. XD

Yeah, and Dimetio's got a lot of potential to him too. Its sad that they did so little with him.

I actually would love to see Dimentio in SSB4 making some sort of appearance. I think the best for him would be a AT if anything, but a boss or even a stage hazard for a Paper Mario level would be just as cool.

My opinion of Dimentio was that he was a very cool villian that didnt get enough screen time. But i feel that he should not be in a game like this, and instead appear in another Paper Mario game. Like Fawful did...

If he gets more attention in another Paper Mario then i'd consider wanting him in Smash. He's just not important enough a character for me to want him despite how cool he is. Thats just my opinion.

I actually came up with an idea where he returns from the dead to get revenge. May make it into a fanfic if I have the time. But yeah, not enough screen time. He is actually a very different villain from most others in the Mario games. He's criminally insane, can't be justified at all, and on top of that, his takeover wasn't a last-minute thing that had no prelude, like Dark Star from Bowsers Inside Story. He needs a backstory at least. We know NOTHING about his past.

Prepare to have a lot of mad people then.

That's something I wouldn't like to see in a paper Mario game.. Or in any Mario game overall.

There are NUMEROUS mario clones in the Nintendo universe, from metal mario, paper mario, baby mario, doctor mario, etc. (albeit with their own special abilities) However, though they would be interesting to put in the game, it would more exciting (and obvious) if Nintendo gathers more characters from numerous other IPs. Sonic and Snake had been difficult to snag, but was rewarded with wide praise in brawl.

Actually Hideo Kojima asked for Snake to be in Melee, and Sega got pissy when Sonic wasn't the first 3rd Party character so they ask Nintendo to put him in.

Yeah, but the thing is, we need more villains. Count Bleck wasn't so much a villain as he was an antihero. Once you beat him, he ASKS you to finish him off to stop the Void. Then Dimentio comes in and wrecks everything. The main appeal of Dimentio, as I already stated, is that he's a pretty unusual villain for the Mario series. He's not evilly silly, like Fawful. He is truly and totally INSANE, and is willing to kill billions of people to get what he wants. When was the last time we saw someone in a Mario game with that kind of mindset?

However, maybe they could do both Bleck and Dimentio. That would actually be pretty interesting.
