If you feel someone shouldn't be on the list, then discuss your uncertainty. The point of the thread is to list the best people to learn from. Perhaps by discussing it you can be reassured that X person might be a good learning source or that they've improved since you've last played them (depending on the time of course, a couple days isn't a believable "I've improved" time.) Or perhaps others will agree with you that X person isn't suitable learning material.

Ps. The title of this thread will always mislead people unless they read the whole topic post which is evidently not what people are doing. The topic name "almost" doesn't match the topic post in which "Best Mains" would probably be interpreted as who has done the best, is tough to defeat, or has the most wins with X character. But just because someone's the best with a character doesn't mean they have solid fundamentals or are making the best choices and choosing smart options. For instance, you could probably make it pretty far in a tournament bracket simply running and using DK's Giant Punch along with his super armor Up-B.

Please DO NOT nominate yourself UNLESS you are willing to present any form of educational material/tips/advice etc to newer players who want to LEARN FROM YOU. That is the exact reason why the thread is called 'Best Players to Learn From For Each Character'. This is NOT some Hall of Fame. With that said, not everyone on Zapp's list should be considered a god or anything, but rather, players who you can turn to seek advice and such. After looking at the list, I can guarantee that all players on the list are qualified enough, both skill and knowledge wise, to be considered as the 'Best Players' to learn from.

To be fair, originally I had the thread title "Best Mains For Each Character" so the title wasn't appropriate for my goals. This thread was starting to go downhill, but not that much because there were quite a number of people who understood the thread despite the dubious title.

Hey, I was thinking, now that we have this list and all, wouldn't it be cool to make some mentor program thread thing or maybe QnA sessions on the forums. It doesnt even have to be exclusively to the people on the list/volunteers but rather a place where there is open discussion and newer players can have any of their questions answered by us (the d00ders who have been around for a while). I know the LoL and Pokemon community do things similar to that.
Just an idea

That'd be a good idea: have Q&A threads like Smashboards where the players on this list can answer questions. I certainly have plenty of questions about characters that their best and most learned players could answer (what is the best ZSS dsmash punish?).
