So I was wondering if I wanted to create a website, what recommended Web-site creator would I use? So far I'm thinking about using Weebly. I also wanted to ask how MG was created. Oh and how to get rid of the weebly thing from the URL. I.e "[sitename].weebly.com"

Instead of being lazy and using something like Weebly or Webs, you download Notepad++ and Xampp, then learn php. Find a domain host that charges very little (I hear goDaddy has great prices) and buy yourself a domain name from them.

Ugh I hate learning code :( Which is probably why I didn't choose IT, IPT or SDD as an elective

Before you learn php, I suggest you learn HTML and CSS first. php requires you know how to use databases. I also used Joomla to make a website once. Its very nice and efficient, requires minimal programming skills and has a lot of options. You will, naturally, need to learn how to use it but its pretty intuitive.

Try dot tk. Last time I checked, it gave out free websites, the only disadvantage (if one at all) is that you are restricted to using the .tk suffix. That said, I haven't had a good look at it, so there may be more issues.
Also I agree with Thai. What you're doing probalby won't require databases.
