I don't know if any had encountered this before but when you post, it gives a notice of who posted before you and I had summited my post and then I got the notice that someone posted before me, but it was the post I was getting ready to summit causing me to Double Post! I hope this makes sence it happens ever so often!

That shouldn't cause a double post, if you get notified of someone posting before you were able to post you get another chance to review your post before submitting again. The only way I could see you getting a double post is if you didn't think the post went through and tried to post again.
