There's MG logo stickers, correct? Well anyone with a mug could just have the sticker and smack it on there.. But. . It's alright kinda stuff, but I'm not some crazed person obsessed over these things..

Pretty sure the logo isn't just attached to the mug by a sticker. More like, you know, printed on it, so it can't be peeled off after one trip to the sink.

Possibly. From here, once you've gotten yourself in the situation you're in, I'd close the shop for ahem 'technical reasons', reopen the shop a month later with everything a bit more expensive, then a month later, bring the price down to half way between the 2 prices and then a month later, bring it down to the original price.

Then, for things like Christmas, Easter, etc. since you're making a huge profit per item, you can say 25% off all stock! Thus having a huge amount of sales then, from Christmas money and for gifts.

I'd also throw in a few highly overpriced 'limited edition' items.
