Post A way to get the rules to noobs.
Maybe we newbies should only get access to the other catergories after they've read the rules.

Maybe after you click the "I have read the rules" button, you would be brought to another page where you have to take a quiz on the rules. If you fail, you can't come in. If you pass, you can come in.

that sounds good to me i was thinking of like a hidden link you had to hit and u have to read through the rules to find it but your idea is much better
