I was able to download games I'd purchased on PSP onto my PS3, so I think PS3>PS3 shouldn't be an issue |

Ah, is that the case? I wasn't sure as it was pre-order DLC and I got a little paranoid as it said it can only be downloaded once. |

It might be that it can only be downloaded once, then Check your downloads history on PSN. If it's there and has an option to redownload, you're good. |

Maybe you're getting "can only be downloaded once" mixed up with "can only be redeemed once"? |

I had a big post about how I've bought a Vita and how it's brilliantly built and how good the menus are and the good design points it takes from recent phones but I lost it
so yeah, the only issue with the Vita is the (lack of) games. the only game I have for it atm is persona 4 golden and that'll probably last me a good hundred hours anyway so w/e |
