Add gaster into the game.
To unlock him, you have to tamper with the game files, find an event flag that adds gaster into the game (disabled by default) and enable that flag. |

Add Sans in game

And make him a clone of Ness who deals 1% damage on all attacks (With insane knockback for kill moves) and gets KO'd if he takes at least 1% of damage (Knockback is irrelevant).
