I watched every episode of when they were young but didn't read the manga because I wasn't interested. But with Shippuden I only watch the anime to see the actions flow together. Some times when reading it get confused about whats going on in the panel. Also the anime has some interesting fillers sometimes such as the 1 tailed kyuubi.

Yeah, Sora, unfortunately I never got to watch the whole thing before I got my computer taken away. I jumped in recently after like a 20 episode jump or something... Just finished episode 137.

Hence the 20 or something episode jump so I missed the 3 tails as well.

I'm sure you've seen the image of all 9 beasts shown. Do you think they will make fillers showing all of their deaths?

I actually preferred all of (canonical) Pt I to Pt II.

At the Sora filler you find out that Asuma is the one who killed Soras dead, but then you find out that the main bad guy of that filler was Soras dad. (so Asuma diddnt kill him, he thought he did. He recognized him by the scar he left across his face). And then....well i forget what happens honestly lol. But its a happy ending.

And the 3 tail filler was actually pretty good. Lots of Kabuto. All you have to know is that akatsuki got the 3 tails before konoha.
And I really hope they dont make a filler for each tailed beast.

Yeah I remember that stuff about Sora but I missed when he turned 1 tail.

Also, is the 3rd Shippuden Movie subbed yet? Haven't got a chance to check.

I also don't mind fillers because they overall tell hidden bits of story such as one of the 7 swordsman (forgot his name) I think he was lightning element.
