In other news, dataminers have found three new character slots and two new stage slots in the 1.1.1 update for SSB Wii U.

Before anyone asks, no, they didn't find out who the characters in question are as each slot just says "Mario".

In all seriousness, though, we'll probably only have to wait for two months since that's been the time gap for each major update to the game since Mewtwo was added.

I also don't think these new characters will be related to the ballot since that only just ended.

Anyway, jokes aside it's easy to see why games like Smash benefit from a constant flow of updates and DLC, like, let's say, every 2 months or so. It wouldn''t be too off-the-wall to think that they have a schedule (or pattern if you want to call it that) for this sort of stuff.
