won't reveal how to unlock, however here are some things you should know the second you start playing him
his movement may seem wonky at first, but it's actually not bad. while his normal dash causes him to 'leap and stop', you can moonwalk across the stage to dash flawlessly. his down b is good for microadjustments, and the best use i've found for it so far is a mixup out of the dash/moonwalk to backup/in for grab mixups in neutral his combo game is f*** absurd, one of the best in the game his throws are all amazing, back throw is a great confirm and down throw works as good DI mixup that can lead into many aerial followups. there's a ton more to this character, and I honestly thing if we work to develop his meta he can be a top tier pick.

I kinda thought Sandbag was gonna be trash and a joke but oh my god. Sandbag is really good, like I was just button mashing cause I had no idea what to expect and he seems like an actual threat. He's a little janky, and you can't really recover at high % cause you will just SD, but Sandbag is legit.
Also, him winking on the victory pose was a nice touch

Gotta say, I find it kinda cool that you have to B-reverse your recovery as sandbag, or else you will literally not get any forward momentum in your up B.

I like how Sandbag's neutral-B spawns a Capsule out of nowhere, I know he can use telekinesis a little but since when could he defy laws of matter?

Sandbags recovery is hard to do lol (mostly cause you can end up getting your self killed or end up in getting spiked or hit by your opponent. his back throw is really funny tho

Sandbag has the best throw animations in all of Smash hands down.
That being said, I cannot play at him for the life of me. That recovery is so EGH

If you didn't already know, DownB can be aimed upward to get a little boost in recovery. It's not a whole lot, but for Sandbag, every bit helps.

It's really not that hard just make sure to use upb only if you're out of options. Downb up dash then sideb or upb and keep in mind with every upb you get downb back again. if u need to angle upb make sure ur facing away from the way u want to go and di it

So, some Up-B related data(tested on FD):
At around Stage-level, you can survive an Up-B to yourself at around 72-80% without B-reversing. If you B-reverse near the middle of the stage, you can survive at around 90% Without B-reversing, you can survive at 110% if you up-B near the blast zone at the bottom of the stage. If B-reversed, you can sometimes survive at about 120% if you do it near the blast zone in the bottom corner, though it seems to still kill you as often as not.
This seems to change based on whether you hit another character with the Bomb-omb instead of yourself. The Bomb-omb seems to KO you as early as 50-60%, though the same can be said for just about any other character. Either way, that'd need testing.
General stuff: Utilt is an awesome combo starter at low to mid percents and can kill at high percents(unreliable). Fair is decently powerful and a solid kill option, as it comes out reasonably fast. Bair seems far less powerful, but seems to have next to no ending lag and kockback, allowing you to quickly chain them together for good damage. Nair comes out very quickly and has a large hitbox. (Tested on the waiting room stage) Fsmash has a rather large range of 2 squares, and hits hard.
