EDIT: For me, this is like Facebook just without the friends you know in person and minimum of bs conversations. I don't think this will effect your life, unless you are in the "no life" state. I can have a good conversation in this forum about a topic I really want to talk about instead of trying to get my closest friends into a topic they don't care about.

As much as people say, "the internet doesn't matter", I strongly disagree. We live in an era where communication has advanced to a state where everyone is merely a fingertip away. It'd be hard pressed not to develop valid friendships with people you may never meet in person. That being said, we must also be careful not to allow ourselves to let the online world overcome the awareness of our relationships in the real world.
Personally, I've bonded with a lot of you, which is why as busy as I am now, I always find myself coming back to the forums. That being said, I know that once I become a mother I'll have to leave. _________________   |
