I think the option "Mark forums read" at the bottom should be moved next to "View unread posts". It should also be changed to "Mark all forums as read" so it's more explanatory. The options "Delete all board cookies" and "The team" could also be moved up top as well, all of these things promote a more user friendly interface.
(I can't seem to load the team link anyways so that should be looked into)

Hm, I don't see the need to move the cookies and team thing up top since those wouldn't be used as often, but I could probably put a copy of the Mark forums read button up top

Alright done, the "Mark all forums read" link now is at the top of the page as well. Let me know if there are any issues with it. I will be leaving the other links you mentioned in their normal spots since I don't think they are significant enough to be up top
