Make Simon's final smash be a resprited 9b Black Mage final smash, but replacing the "random encounter" sound with a giant black prompt saying

Then the screen fades to black for a moment, and suddenly monsters are roaming all over the arena




Also make the monsters hurt Simon.

Add a penalty system to Sandbag Soccer/Basketball, where if you attack an opponent that isn't the Sandbag even once, they automatically get the point and you sit out of the next round, making it either a 1v2 or a 0v1

Additionally, make the item take out all the opponent's stocks, removing (or "banning") them from the match.

Take it a step further and make it ban the target from the game completely, rendering them unplayable for the player playing as them, and unusable for bots if its a CPU playing them. However, it has no effect on Waluigi or Sandbag.

Add Sakurai.
With the ban hammer, Sakurai can properly ban Sandbag from the game, as well as ban Waluigi from existence.

Oh, and make him immune to the ban hammer's effects.

Replace Waluigi's neutral taunt with a Geddan where he goes through 1 or 2 frames of all of his animations for 3 seconds (with his voice clips playing for each different frame, which cuts out whenever he changes pose)

sorta like this but more chaotic (made it 5 frames per pose, should've made it 2 or even 1 frame per pose, and if i tried to include aerials the camera would get pretty crazy lol)

Play the geddan song during the animation, but replace the vocals with waluigi's wahs.

Make that his Final Smash, which causes all players to lose control and SD themselves.
