Tick is probably better since it doesn't become useless if you cap damage.

? It makes your fire rate doubled, and when you max that out, it doubles the max, making your tear rate 200%.

Don't think it doubles past the cap though.
In case you didn't know, the cap is higher than what's indicated on the pause screen.

It's pretty good actually
Wish it wasn't in flash though. It can cause slowdowns if you get too much stuff on the screen at once.

But that hardly happens, only with like many explosive shot enemies, other than that it's pretty smooth.

Finally bought Wrath of the Lamb and got back into the game, currently really enjoying playing as Cain more than anyone else, but they're all pretty good.
