Oh i just wanted to tell you guys, you CAN give the Vita version to a friend, i just did, and we can both use online no problem.

Although due to the video, The level 2 still remains the same though and its similar to Toro's level 2 but just goes vertical rather than diagonal. Let's just hope his arcade mode isn't boring and bland as the original cast. Still hyped to see his level 3 though.

Just read on gamespot
Emmet’s Level 3 Super puts him in control of a Hawk in mech configuration, and allows him to take out his opponents with machine gun fire and floating mines. He can also transform the Hawk into flight mode, and “rain down a final hail of bullets that’s tough to survive.”

Holy f*** calm down. But eh, sounds like most other level 3s. Some sort of transformation or something that allows you to instakill repeatedly. I don't mind the idea, personally.

The way InFamous works is you have a morality system based on choices made throughout the game. "Good" Cole and "Evil" Cole get some very different moves, and some subtle changes with their attacks. An example of this would be the grenades - Good Cole's grenades automatically bind enemies they hit rather than kill them. Evil Cole's split into several smaller grenades when thrown, since he doesn't care at all about bystander casualties.
A "Neutral" Cole wouldn't work, and only having one Cole would disappoint approximately half of the people who enjoyed InFamous. I know a lot of people are a little upset about it, but I honestly think it works well.
