Made a little "tier list" based on Ness' DThrow-into-FSmash against other characters, it was done by controlling 2 characters at the same time so i could also test different DI's and attempt to jump away
(Also there's generally no particular "hierarchy" over characters in the same tier)  By the way this was all tested with a starting damage of about 40% - 50%, which is when DThrow starts tumbling the opponent "bad DI" basically means when you DI away from ness - while it does get you further away from ness, you'll likely be in the vertical range of his FSmash _________________    Well, old friends, this is the day where everything will be archived for all to see and reminisce about. well, unless they are at... idk... 150% (in which case, why'd you still DThrow?) they can only hope they manage to tech and/or for ness to make a bad read, because they're such fast fallers that they barely stay in the air for long enough to be able to jump away

Whew, looks like the finished product is WAY better than what we saw earlier. Ness no longer has pitch black sans undertale eye sockets!

The funny part to me is that his eyes are the same, although the facial features are spread out more with more space between. Glad people like the update, though.
