BEFORE THE MATCH
1-2-1 striking for game 1, blind character pick.
(Bo3 ONLY) After Game 1, The winner bans 2 stages and the loser chooses the stage they want. The Winner chooses their character followed by the loser.
(Bo5 including Losers Semis, Winners Finals, Losers Finals, Grand Finals) Same striking procedure, but NO BANS after game 1.

DURING THE MATCH
- DAVE'S STUPID RULE IN EFFECT- (Player cannot pick a stage he has previously won on in the set)
- Gentlemen's clause is in effect- (players can choose what stage to go to regardless of striking)
- *FD-3DS Clause- Player that counterpicks FD/3DS can choose which version they want.

OTHER RULES
If your opponent does not show up in 15 mins of the match start, they are DQed to losers bracket.
If Lag is a HUGE (unless its game-changing deal with it) issue notify me, we will use speedtest
If You play on a toaster with internet coming from a lemon, you might want to fix that, hopefully its not TOO laggy
I will do seeding based on the FCR and some experience (ex X player is lower on FCR than Y player but X player is NOTABLY better)

And... that was a fun one.... Shoutouts to Bowler for streaming and for everyone who entered to make this my favorite tournament I've ran so far. Shoutouts to Canada for stealing all of our tournaments this weekend and me getting 9th 3 times in a row and fulfulling my true position as PewPewU
