Lucario is a Goku ripoff? Same voice actor doesnt mean its bad, FS just could be Aura Storm from Brawl, and maybe a new moveset as well. Look at the Expansion Character Moveset thread, I made one there And if you honestly think that Mega Lucario would be a ripoff of SSJ Goku, look at Ichigo. Or Naruto. (Or Yoshi or Mega Charizard X, although their moveset is a bit reduced.) People like to request veterans because they are just more familiar and appeals more people. I dont want to say that Sora, BBM, BM and all the others are bad, I just think that more veterans cant hurt. A good mix would be the best solution imo.

Personally I feel that the character cast has almost enough veterans and there needs to be much more focus on adding newcomers.

The Lucario Goku ripoff was just a joke with him having the same voice actor and doing basically a huge Kamehameha for his past final smash. About 60% of the current roster are veterans and that's not including Sonic and Wario since they are somewhat different from their official smash bros counterparts. While I don't mind the veterans that are I don't think we need so much more of them. I don't hate the veterans but I feel there is just to many of them at the moment and I would be willing to except a little more if they changed up the character like what they did to Sonic and if the newcomer count outnumbers the veteran count since they want to be their game.

I also hope that they give more info on the characters from the original roster such as Riku, Cloud, Luigi, Mewtwo, Zero, and etc. That info has been floating in the air for a little to long in my opinion and we currently have around thirteen unknown status characters.

As for characters I hope for are Zero [Megaman X version] since he can different elements along his sword and his Z-buster would make different from the rest of the swordsmen. Luigi so we can get that obvious one out of the way. A Pokemon from Black and White or Ruby and Sapphire since those Pokemon games haven't had a playable smash bros rep.

If a Pokemon from Ruby and Sapphire were to be a character, I'd speculate a Pokemon like Aggron.

Or even an interesting choice like Milotic or Glalie. Smash could use an Icy character besides the Climbers.

I do like idea of Aggron. Flygon or Deoxys might fit in too. As for an ice character I have no clue really.

Has Sasuke been officially cut from the roster cause I notices that his name is on the cut list in the wiki but I don't remember anytime they announced this. Just wondering

Im not so sure. he dose still have a chance , but its not as likely as it was before. It can go either way

We already have 2 Ninja/Ninja-esque characters (Naruto, Sheik), so I don't think Sasuke is going to make it in the cut.

If there would be Flygon, then there'd probably be no Charizard.

3rd Gen Pokemon that'd most likely have a chance would probably be Aggron, Shiftry, Ludicolo, or one of the fully evolved starters.

I'd like to see for newcomers:
- Waluigi
- Kratos
- Cloud
- Giygas (for Earthbound reps. Someone did a good expansion set)
- Any one of the Metroid Prime Hunters.
- Ghirahim
- Knuckles
- Zero
- Another F-Zero rep, such as Black Shadow or Samurai Goroh
- Zoroark

For veterans:
Any of them, but here are my preferences:
- R.O.B.
- Mewtwo
- Wolf
- Lucas (Preferably with a Project M spin, moveset wise)
- Pokemon Trainer (Ideally without stamina/type effectiveness)
- Lucario
- Robin
- Snake
- Ganondorf

Characters I don't desperately want to see:
Ridley - I tried him in Crusade, he felt really clunky. If there can be an improvement moveset-wise, I'd like him
Ice Climbers - Chaingrabs. Nuff Said.
Dark Pit - Palette Swaps don't need their own character spot
Dr. Mario - He should be an alternate costume, not sure if those are happening
Lucina - Unless she can get some skills from Awakening like Astra, Pavise/Aegis, Galeforce or anything, she doesn't need to be in.
Any anime characters - I'm not a huge anime fan so meh.

I don't know how a F-zero character would even work cause I believe all of Falcon's moveset was entirely made up for the smash bros so they would have to make an entire moveset for them out of thin air. If Black Shadow does get in though first I'm doing is going to Sand Ocean and throw him off it and try to hit him with Falcon Punch in the air.

As for Pokemon I'm not sure what you meant Doof by saying Charizard since he is a pokeball... Flygon has a wide move pool in Pokemon so it could a diverse Pokemon in different types of attacks such as fire, dragon, rock, even giga drain. If I had to say a starter final evolution it would be Blazekin cause he is a fan favorite of the generation starters like Greninja and Charizard.

Gardevoir fits a lot better in my opinion

I speculate Inuyasha, Eren Jaeger (because that show is so damn popular) Ganta Igarashi (aka: Woodpecker), Piccolo, Quote, Shovel Knight, Shulk, Shantae, (And just for s*** and giggles), Saxton Hale.

Sadly, I do not see anyone from this list making it into the game. However, Piccolo is in the background of Planet Namek in this game.

There Is A Few That Can Make It In The Game. Like Quote , Shulk , Shovel knight , Not Sure About Shantae , Then The Rest Is Not Likely
