In some ways it looks gross. And it REALLY doesn't look like it has enough detail, style or taste. If anyone made something else than that, it might be liked.
Not to mention that on the main page during Halloween, there was a really cool and dark version of a web page I ever saw-even better than Newgrounds by a milestone.
So if there was ever gonna be a skin, then it should be all holiday friendly, not too bright, not too mushy, not too much sugary taste, and don't make it look weird or a big embarrassment for this site. I also don't see the point why you'd want to have the forums to be Holiday themed, why not the main page, and make it look interesting.
