I remember Mcleod saying something about a tournament in the Direct, but wow you guys closed entry about a week early. I never saw where to sign-up in the first place. But is there an overflow or waiting list I can join for those that cancel, aren't activated in time, or don't show up?

Or perhaps could more enter since Mcleod might not start activating until sometime next week.

I didn't think it would fill up so fast.
There are already 128 people, not gonna add any more.

You can get on the waiting list.

Thanks! But I have a question, how many people are on the waiting list?

9:00 damn. How much time can we be late before we are DQ'ed?

Also what happens if our opponent doesn't contact us?

Also if anyone has a link to the video software for our replays, please link me to them.

Also can we notify you and the opponent if their might be trouble getting to the match at designated time?

Sorry for the late reply, just woke up.

You are 3rd out of 4 people on the waiting list.

You can change your match time on the schedule. Make sure it is before the losers round though.

You can change your match time on the schedule. Make sure it is before the losers round though. I'll be locking it the day before so hurry up and make your changes!

You have one hour before you are DQd unless you change the schedule in advance.

Hope they show up on time. If they don't, let me know.

Since there is a good chance not all MGN accounts will be activated, I'll probably be having a "catch-up" day. If both of you can't make it and notify me in advance, you can play on that day.

Do we send you the replay files or videos of the matches?

Only submit the replay files if you win. That way, I can confidently DQ the loser if they submitted the wrong score.

Just want to give my 2 cents here:

I think it would be a lot better if rather than saying everyone has to play at a certain time you could just give a deadline for example 3 days for people to schedule with their opponents a time that works for both so they can play at that time.

That was the original scheduling rule; if you didnt play your match by a certain time, you would be DQd. However, this would cause the tournament to go a lot slower, which I've received many complaints about. Therefore, I thought this schedule thing would work out, as you can work out your time in advance and change the schedule accordingly.

This way, people don't have to wait all day for no-shows, or people who do not communicate.

I am still taking the DQ schedule into consideration, I'm trying to come up with a cross between the two.

Contact them through the Challonge PM system. Goes straight to the email I believe.

I can confirm that Challonge PM system does go straight to email. Keep an eye on it if you're expecting a PM or two back from your opponent.

Well the tourney starts in two days now. I hope the devs get MGN working before then so everyone in the tourney can play.

Aside from that, i'm excited for it.
