I miss read his post, I thought he said Toon Link was in SSB4 and Young Link was in Brawl.

I knew Classic Link would be a good idea. He's the only "Alternate Link" that hasn't been used yet so he has lots of potential. Hell he might even be really different from Regular Link instead of just a clone.

And he has four game to take ideas from... He has tons of items as well to use. Might be a chara with the most possibilities. Id actually like to see him added now

Why do another version of Link, each Link can do almost the exact same things. So, why have so many different Links?(I'm actually asking, I've never played a Zelda game before)

IMO:
Lucina is unlikely. I think she's WAY too similar to Marth to be semi-cloned.
Dark Pit will only be in if Pit gets in. And he could be made different from Pit by changing his playstyle or just giving him a different selection of weapons.
Dr. Mario could be a great semi-clone by using more medicine and medical equipment in his moveset. I could think of using a stethoscope for his grab or something like that. He might even be given some kind of healing move.

P.S: @blackking1700: Link has several incarnations throughout the Legend of Zelda games. Some of them are rather different from regular Link in many ways. So it would make sense to include one of them as a semi-clone.

You can always luigify anyone, no matter how similar the characters can be, the whole point of Semi-cloning is to differenciate the characters from each other.
Thats the reason why the "too similar" argument is useless here

Agreed, but I don't think Lucina and Dark Pit are going to be in the game. Awakening came out to late and Dark Pit isn't going to make it if Pit and even that doesn't seem likely.

I know anime characters aren't gonna make it in, but just for giggles, what anime characters could be cool?

I have an idea for Sasuke that takes his personality from the show and makes it part of his moveset. It makes sense for Naruto to be a rush down character because he's never gives up until he's beaten you or changed or your mind. Well, Sasuke should be heavily based on spacing and not letting your opponent in just like in the show where he pushes away his friends to be "stronger". For example, his side special could be Amatseratsu where he puts wall of black fire in front of him in exchange for being a little weaker for a while like making him jump lower and overall move slower. The flames would burn him if he touches it, and he can't do it in the air. This could be really good for edgeguarding at the ledge, but is not very good against high recoveries, so it's definetly a commitment. His down special would be Chidori Stream which would be similar to PK Thunder, but it would have a longer tail and a bigger but slower hitbox. It cannot be used in the air, and if you only hold down you'll create a electric current around you for protection. His neutral special would be Fire Style, where he can use the various fire jutsu depending on how much he charges it like Naruto with the Rasengan and how it becomes Rasenshruiken at max. His forward smash would work like this too; his max charge would be Chidori, but weak charge would be a simple electric palm strike. His moveset would generally incorporate electricity. His strongest sword attacks would be powered by electricity and his nair could be a Mewtwo style nair. His weaknesses would be his inability to kill without edgeguarding and characters that are good at getting in your face even despite his fast running speed. Whooh! Sorry for the wall of text.

Anyway, because of Lucas SSB4 DLC, I speculate Lucas.
