genwunners constantly say that newer Pokemon are uncreative
but then you have magneton and dugtrio, who are basically copy/pastes

well gen 4 had a stark absence of stellar designs compared to the other gens, so i can see why people would have their doubts about gen 5

I dunno, some of the stuff looked kinda cool. But I'll admit, a lot of Gen 4's stuff was really a f***, like Giratina's Altered Forme.

I second that about giratina. But I liked gen 4 overall. the starters were really good. and many of the pokemon were good, fresh ideas, imo i dunno, i think its just because gen 3 was sorta terrible for me, i never got into it like the others
