it was an april fools joke,
the consumer report form is a rickroll (a prank where you lead someone to a video of rick astley - never gonna give you up ), and people are still falling for this, (april fools is a holiday in some countries where you prank other people on april first, telling them something false then saying april fools, or doing something to trick people, like youtube flipping videos upside down, or turning their front page videos into rickrolls like they did last year) |

 that was frigin hilarious! when i read that i was so shocked, then i got ticked off, clicked the link, was about to post saying that nintendo was about to shut down SSF2 and cleod is pulling a rick roll, but i stop at "was", and realized it was an april fools...NICE ONE CLEOD! that was probably the best april fools joke ive ever seen |
