OOC: Stop using so much of my post in yours, you wrote "He heard her yell "(What I said here)""
You need to put something like "In reply to what he heard the girl say", most of your words/lines are coming from something I wrote.

Having him warn her about the stars was a pretty good tip she thought, and him talking about how she was using magic made her a little mad, and she replied to it saying "That is not what I meant... But I guess that is a good point." in a sort of admiting way.
She wasn't far from him now, so she stopped the wave before she got too close, and sent another fireball at him, aiming at the debri below him.
"There is no nearby debri for you to goto, so you better act fast." She warned him with her eyes looking very c***.

OOC: WTF? Why was the last word filtered?
And, I really don't think it's fair to force a situation like that.

The girl was still moving towards him, and he felt an internal victory as she acknowledged that he had a good point. He wasn't in the least bit daunted when she pointed out that he wasn't near any other debris as she launched a fire ball. Like he needed to jump on another piece of debris. He would simply jump into the water again. However, his cloak was absorbing the water and making it heavier, restricting his swimming. He removed the cloak and sent it to the Middle Ground, where he could retrieve it from later. Then he jumped into the water and dove deep, preparing for the potential eventuallity that she would try to use another wave. From his position under the water, he called upon more stars, shooting them upward toward the girl, who's name he still didn't know.

Amilia felt something rumbling below in the water, she paniced thinking he might have been the cause of it, so she had no choice, she had jumped into the water, too. She cleverly thought of something, by pushing the water a little bit around her, creating a sort of air bubble, so she could breath underwater. She started to swim away, because she couldn't use her attacks underwater, and tried to get near the closest debri to her, a small barrel. She knew that he would either chase her, or shoot more of his special attacks at her, so she tried to go as fast as possible.

Rattigan watched as Amilia leapt into the water and swam away, using an air bubble to breath. Relying on such a thing could be a fatal mistake. He thought mercilessly. He prepared to shoot another star to pop her air bubble, but then stopped short. He remembered that this entire battle was started because of a misunderstanding. Killing here would not be sportsmanlike of him at all. He allowed her to escape and climb up onto a barrel before remembering that he needed to breath as well. He broke the surface of the water and clambered up onto what appeared to be a door, relatively intact. He sat down on it and looked over at Amilia, wondering if she would mount another attack. He prepared to take sudden action as a precaution, but he didn't really think he would need to. he sat quietly, awaiting Amilia's next move.

OOC: You know, RP battles aren't supposed to go by any specific story, so he shouldn't be backing down because it was a "mistake".

OOC: It's official, after this battle I'm getting rid of this new bio (Not for good, I will bring it back later with alot of improvements) it's way to godmodish and has limited attacks, so I can't do much with it.

Amilia noticed Rattigan begin sitting, she thought it might have been a mind game, but she was unsure, and she decided to continue fighting him.
She shot up into the sky, for when it were to burst, it would be as if it were raining fire, because she wanted to get him back into the water.
She also shot another aimmed at Rattigan, but she made it larger then usual.
And lastly, she pulled some water up above her head, keeping it there so it would act as an unbrella to the fire.

Rattigan sighed as the girl continued to attack, shooting a fireball up into the sky and one it him. It had been too much to hope for for her to stop fighting, he guessed. Based on the trajectory and density of the fire, he deduced that she planned for it to rain down upon their heads. That would certainly explain the barrier of water she put up. He also figured that the fireball she shot at him was purposed with driving him into the water, because obviously she wouldn't shoot any more of them at him with the purpose of hitting him. Way too unrelyable. He did everything he could to disrupt her plans, even if it meant being hit. He crouched down on his piece of wood until he was laying down, but it still wasn't enough. The fireball grazed his back, leaving a burning sensation where it had been. When fire started to precipitate from the sky, he summoned his shield and hefted it above his head for protection, huddling underneath it to minimize the target he presented. As the fire rained down around him, he felt the intensity of the heat, but his shield held fast, defending him from the onslaught of firey gases. After the tumult subsided, Rattigan was aware of a faint burning sensation on his back. It hurt, but he couldn't let that interfere with the battle. He began swiftly hopping the distance between him and Amilia, sending a few stellar projectiles at her to keep her occupied.

Amilia didn't have time to move because Rattigan was getting closer, and the stars being shot out, she couldn't think of anything to do, but the raining fire got on her board, burning it down, so she fell down into the water, she swam downwards and used her magic to create another air bubble, she went far enough down that Rattigan wouldn't be able to get to her without drowning before reaching her, and from below she summoned an entire lightning storm, she had been running out of magic energy from all the uses the battle, but she had enough to keep her under the water, and with Rattigan above it he would get struck by lightning, she only feared that he would hold out long enough, she knew he wouldn't be able to hide under the water without drowning, though.

Rattigan watched with satisfaction as the piece of debris beneath Amilia's feet caught fire, forcing her to jump from it. She created a new magic bubble to allow her to breathe. He cursed softly in his mind as clouds began to form in a swirling vortex above his head. It was a lightning storm, and Rattigan bet he knew what was causing it. If he stayed above the water, there was a chance that he would be struck by a bolt of lightning, but he certainly couldn't hide under the water. He needed to think of something, and quickly. The storm had almost completely manifested. He found a pair of rocks sticking up from the water and wedged his sword in between them, pointing upward to act as a lightning rod and draw as much of the electricity as possible. He sent his shield back to the Middle Ground. It wasn't doing any good to him as it was. That's when he remembered something he saw on the boat: an aquarium. If he could find the tank, he could use it as a makeshift diving bell, but there was little chance that it was still in one piece. He searched fervently, finally finding it on an exceptionally large piece of debris. The glass was cracked, but it would still work for a little while, hopefully long enough to outlast this storm. He put the tank over his head and slid smoothly into the water, careful not to break the tank, and none too soon. Lightning had already started to strike from the sky. Fortunately, the sword had drawn lightning bolts away from Rattigan long enough for him to put his plan into action. He was safe underwater, but the air in the tank would be used up soon, and then he would have to resurface. All he could do was wait.

Amilia noticed what Rattigan was doing, and she was running out of magic so she canceled the storm and used the last strike on the rock Rattigan put his sword in, it broke the rock and the sword began sinking down to where Amilia was.
She swam upwards and got it, hoping that Rattigan didn't notice the storm stop or the sword fall in.
She was close enough that it was in reach, she grabbed it and began charging at Rattigan.
She was planning on killing him with his own weapon.

Meanwhile, Rattigan was under the water, noticing with a start that the cracks on the glass were begining to enlargen, and water was beginning to leak in, a result of the unforgiving water pressure. He discarded the tank as useless and resurfaced, looking for some other form of protection. That's when he noticed that the storm had subsided. He started to where he had left his sword and noticed that the rock had been sheared through and that his sword was missing. He wondered where it could be, or how this could possibly have happened. He then realized that any of the lightning close enough to strike the rock would have been absorbed by the sword. The girl must have used her will power to force the lightning to hit the rock, which meant... She has my sword. He thought, an urge to kill rising. I wonder how much time I would get if I killed a child?
He turned and looked down into the water. It blurred his vision somewhat, but he could distictly make out Amilia heading toward him, a distinct gleaming object in her hands. His sword. A foolish gesture. He thought, calling the sword into his hand. Unless she could manage to hold on, the sword would pierce her bubble, forcing her to the surface. Then, he could finish this once and for all.

OOC: Bubble? She isn't in a bubble, she is pushing the water around her away making an air space.
IC: Amilia noticed Rattigan see her coming, and he found her plan.
Then the sword started moving uncontrollably, he had to have been doing it.
She was holding on tightly, making sure she wouldn't let go.
She was getting close to Rattigan, but she was slowly losing grip.

OOC: Fine, but once the boundary is penetrated, it will collapse, and if you try to use your powers to make another air pocket, it will just end up as vacuum. It's just science.

Rattigan watched as Amilia shot upward. She seemed to be slowly losing her grip, but he held on to a grudging admiration nonetheless. Unfortunately, holding on would do nothing for her. He caused the sword to swerve away from him and toward the surface of the water, taking Amilia along with it. Three things could happen an this point. She could let go and allow her air pocket to collapse, hold on and be dragged to the surface, where she would be vulnerable, or continue to hold on even after that and be carried into the air and dashed on the rocks below. Any of these situations would be fine for Rattigan. He really didn't feel like killing a little girl, but if he had to to defend himself, so be it.
