Wait, that's not a walkoff?
Isn't it kind of tacky to just... fall when you walk past that point, even though the sprite clearly doesn't have a cliff or a ledge there?

As far as I can tell, the big flat area in the front is in the foreground, and the characters walk on the area behind that (there's a pit there).

Edit: oh, I think get what you're saying. I think he meant it wasn't just a plain flat walkoff, not that it wasn't a walkoff at all.

When is online play supposed to be completed?
Also, will 0.8 have better looking sprites?

Also, its great to see somebody recognizes Mach Rider :)
Small Suggestion: Please try to make the game at least maximum 250-400MB. Im sure thats the maximum anyone would go for this game (Even though it doesn't look like its 200-400MB)

I agree.
The file size is WAY too big.
SSF2's file size is like 1/4 of Crusade's size.

Yeah but Crusade haves 2 times more stage, characters, more game modes (Classic, BtT, BtP) and the size of everything is bigger (sadly, that doesnt stand for sprites, and thats why crusade looks so pixeled at 920x720 or full screen)

I think online is pretty much confirmed for 0.8.

And 0.8 will have better sprites for the stages.

???? I am not saying crusade is going to have more characters and stages (well, crusade will have 81 but thats not the point), i am saying that the current crusade demo (0.7) haves 2 times more characters and stages than the current flash 2 demo (0.7)

Online will be complete by the time the next demo comes out (near the end of the year). It's functional right now, but we're still having some desync issues.

It'll have better looking sprites for many of the stages, like Felipe said, but respriting characters is a low priority right now.

Depends fully on the connection of those playing (mostly the host's connection), although it's definitely more constant than Brawl's (meaning no random lag spikes; if there's lag, there's a constant amount of it).
So if both players have a good connection, there should be very minimal lag. If one player has a bad connection, there will be some noticeable lag on their end (IIRC) because everything runs through the host before it happens in the game. So make sure the host has the better connection between the players.

Also, Online allows for more than two humans to play in the same match! :D
